Software for independent dealers has been a choice between too expensive and too limited for a long time. Franchise-grade systems price you out; the cheap ones make you re-type the same VIN into four different screens. We built the one we wanted and priced it where an independent lot can actually reach it.
Every feature in this platform exists because a real deal on a real lot was harder than it needed to be.
Independent dealers were being asked to run a modern retail business on software priced for franchise groups, or to stitch together five separate tools that never spoke to each other. A vehicle entered in one system, re-typed into another to advertise it, re-typed again to finance it, and printed to sign.
Dealers Auto Center is one system. A vehicle is entered once. It publishes to your website and to marketplaces, gets appraised, gets quoted, gets sold, gets signed, and lands in your books — without leaving the platform.
We are not a reseller and we do not white-label someone else’s product. Inventory, CRM, signing, purchase orders, valuation, reporting — all of it is designed, written, hosted and supported in-house. When something breaks, you are talking to the person who wrote it, not a support tier that will escalate your ticket.
It also means when a dealer asks for something, we can usually ship it that week.
We built around Texas requirements before anything else — Form 130-U, vehicle inventory tax, county title procedures, and the state dealer database — because that is the paperwork we do ourselves. Florida support is live, and we add states as our dealers need them.
The platform runs on Microsoft Azure. Every dealership’s data is isolated at the database level, secrets are held in a managed vault rather than in code, and every change we ship is deployed with a tested rollback in hand. The detail is on our Security & Compliance page.
